Laura: How's the Facebooking going, honey? Adam: Great! Remember Ben Vetter from high school? I found him on here! Laura: Oh, how is Ben? Adam: Well, so-so, I think. He went skiing the other day and the snow wasn't that great. Then some guy in an H2 cut him off in traffic. Laura: Hmm... Adam: Now he's doing laundry. He hates it, but I gave him a "like this" for support. Laura: Adam, let's take a break...

Myspace was much better than Facebook. When you delete your Myspace, it disappears. When you delete Facebook they tell you when you change your mind, you can log back in with the same password.

Does he ever hold his baby?

“Since Laura is there holding the baby, it must be after work for her.”
Gosh, ya think so?
Maybe Adam went down to Laura’s bookstore with Nick, then gave the baby to Laura while he logged onto the public computers. Naw, then she’d still be wearing her bookstore vest.
Maybe Adam hired a housekeeping-and-babysitting service and the woman they sent over coincidentally is a dead ringer for Laura, or it’s Laura’s never-before-disclosed identical twin sister on a vist from Poughkeepsie. Naw, then she probably wouldn’t call Adam “Honey.”
Maybe Laura’s a Muslim, and she observes a Friday Sabbath, so this isn’t a work day for her. Naw, then she’d be wearing a head-scarf.
Maybe Adam’s computer has a holographic-projection videophone app, and it’s really LAURA but she’s not really THERE. Naw, a holographic projection couldn’t hold Nick.
Thanks for clearing that up, Joe-Allen “Joe” Doty. It seems like the only remotely plausible explanation is that Laura is actually there in the house, and not at work, which is exactly how it appears…

My family talked me into signing up for Facebook. I already had a MySpace account (a friend had talked me into that). I find MySpace a lot more user friendly… especially since I don’t need a cell phone with texting capability to “verify” my email address.

Hmmm… Susan, I don’t do Facebook myself, but my girlfriend said almost exactly your words a year ago. Then she finally tried it, and she loves it. Some of the people she knew 30 years ago she didn’t like then and she doesn’t like now, but other erstwhile buddies she had just “drifted away from” over the years, and she’s been having really interesting (and fun) reunions with them.

What a rotten thing to say to Susan! She has more friends even on here than you ever will, troll.
These people like to say whatever rotten thing to other commenters that pops out of their fingers, but when we who comment strictly on the comic strip do so, they still take issue with that and complain that we have no right to comment here, and attack us personally, while preaching about how we need to show peace and love. Then when you point out their hypocrisy, they can never seem to see it, despite how smart they think they are.
