The opening panel shows the coffee cup (with his picture on it) saying “Adam Approved”. I think it’s a reference to your Nuclear Coffee Also, why is the condensation (steam) from the java is in shape of a question mark?

Falling asleep at one’s computer while actively engaged in a mental/physical (typing) activity is a sure indication that Adam has Severe Sleep Apnea. This has deadly consequences if untreated. Adam needs to ask his Primary Care Physician for a referral to a Sleep Specialist or Sleep Study Center ASAP. I suffer from this condition. I came as close to dying as is possible and survived because a good friend intervened.

My Sunday afternoon – napping in the chair. I feel much better now. falling asleep at the keyboard might be from sleep apnea, but could also be caused by 1) poor sleep habits or 2) the brightness of the monitor and the flickering of the lights – the monitor flickers as do the overhead fluorescence lights. At a speed and frequency we don’t obviously notice. But the brain does.

some people with narcolepsy fall asleep while active too. Including falling over while walking. Many times the narcoleptic with that variety is aware, but the brain triggered sleep paralysis with no reason or warning, and down they go.
