They’re in their 30’s. To their kids they’re old. When I was 8 my 35 year old father referred to himself as middle aged. I looked at him like he was nuts. To me he was not middle aged, he was old!

My teen daughter thinks I’m ancient because I showed her a photo with a corded phone in it (she was in the pic mind you). I’m still in my 30’s.
