I have grown to love winter just as much: no yard work, too cold to wash the car, lots of skating and skiing, and you control your body temp by the layers you wear.
Wistful sighing on your part would be replaced with a lot of maintenance on my part. Either that or we’ll a pool boy hangin’ around the house we know what that leads to.

Gotta love Katie, if anyone can persuade Adam into doing something hairbrained but fun….

An indoor pool. Sounds like a bath tub to me. Grab your noodle and jump in. …wait. Ah, you know what I mean.

Nonsense! Fully half of the wistful sighing (or more) is pony-related.

I never understand this! I hate summer heat! The autumn is the best season: perfect temperature with beautiful colours!

Wistful sighing builds character, Katy. And your father knows you need a lot of character building.

I could be talked into an indoor hot tub, if I could afford it and had room
Sounds good right now because I just got off work and a hot soak would do my body good

If you could afford it and it got her to 100%, its worth the investment…….

Autumn is the time of year when most of the bugs leave, or die, or whatever they do. They may be necessary for something, but I hate ’em.

Without a pool, there’s 90% less sunburned, soggy crying.

Again she tries to take advantage because she thinks he is depressed or at least otherwise out of his mind.

They’ve only got an inflatable now, haven’t they? Set it up in the basement!
