I’ve had “fall training” as apart of our customer safety training. Hanging upside down for extended periods of time can cause injury. I think he’s just trying to get more lift for his hair.
All the more reason to purchase a Teeter Dex ii. It hold onto your upper leg and allows you to hang with your knees bent. It does not strain your ankles and knees AND it has handles to help you right yourself.
Well, Good Luck Adam… I took a yoga class once where we were doing chair inversions… is using folding chairs to help us maintain an upside down position. The next morning I woke up to very dark circles under my eyes !! A bit disconcerting

I remember them, tried it a few times.

It’s not the strength of his abs that’s the problem. You can only compress fat so much.

The problem with hanging around is that you might get asked to pitch in.

I think Adam is acting a little batty.

They are so used to Adam’s wackiness that all she can say is a tired “this is new“.

Adam, all you need is enough ARM strength to unhook the boots. Gravity will do the rest. Now, THAT would be funny…

Shouldn’t they be called ant-gravity boots?
