just make a new list Adam, start with maybe the first thing on the list as, make a lost, that way you can immediately check one thing off!

I don’t worry about putting things back on my to-do list. I’d have to get to the point of crossing them off first.

Just add it to the bottom of the list you will get to it eventually.
