As a teenager I worked with my father in his TV repair shop. Back 50 years ago TVs were huge and heavy and my brother and I got to haul them down steep steps, narrow hallways, etc., wherever the customer lived. Luckily Dad could fix most on the spot by replacing a vacuum tube.

I once carried a clothes dryer out the back door of a mobile home, down the steps, and around to the other side
Was not easy 30 years or so ago, would not even try now

I hurt my back once lifting a set of sheets. It’s not always the weight.

If it’s awkward enough, it doesn’t have to be heavy at all.
