along with duct tape, blue plastic tarps are the universal solution here in the boonies. from my office window i can see the blue tarp on the roof of the hovel across the street flapping wildly in the wind off the ocean…
Actually, Agnes might be wise to use a tarp, they do tend to be waterproof and there is nothing worse than sleeping on wet spot.
i make my bed every morning, especially in the Winter, to keep my fleece sheets warmer for me when i go to bed the next evening.

The only reason I make my bed is to keep cat hairs out of the sheets. I’ve always thought it was a waste of time!
