Sub, I dunno, I sure like the taste of prime rib, or bacon, or Popeye’s Fried Chicken a lot. And Iv’e been thin, and I’ve been overweight, and I really can’t tell enough difference to make me switch to totally healthy foods. But I’m a bit of an anomaly in that despite my eating habits, my last cholesterol test came up at 183, which is perfectly healthy for a 52 year old man.
I once weighed in at 14 stone(224 pounds), which for my height was way to much. A photo taken, of me, at my brothers wedding was my solution. A taped a photocopy to the food cupboard & frige doors. Put one on top of the TV and one by my bedside. It worked a treat, I was down to 11stone 2 (178 pounds) in less that 6 months. Cannot beat exercise and a healthy diet even with a talking thingymagig.
It looks as though Flo needs one of those gadgets you put on the outside of the fridge. A padlock!
Anyone would think that after all these years with Andy, Flo would have picked up some of his healthy eating habits. Flo is totally out of control and Andy needs to put his foot down!
She needs to turn over the grocery money to Andy and allow him to make some healthy choices for her.
That selfish grin on the face of Flo says it all… Never have I seen a more self centered person then her.
Is it any wonder when his gaming efforts take a down turn Andy turns to Flo in order to afford him the opportunity to get out of the house for a well deserved break from her negativity!
You better be careful there Flo it could just come to pass that Andy might take an eye for that young barmaid with all her body piercings?
Clark Kent my mom is way older then you and one of the rare women who does weigh less then when she was 19. She is 85 and she eats meat but if she is hungry at bed time goes to bed that prefers it that way. Strict on her diet of no fats. Dr. has nothing to work with and she does like to walk with no assistant, hearing good to.
