If Andy had change for a pay phone he would accumlate the money not for a pay phone but for beer.

911 is free here (Canada) on cell phones,, even if you are out of cash on the cell,, it is still possible to make a call through to 911.

Used a pay phone last month. It worked fine and cost 50¢.
