Flo, I’m sure Andy could try to teach his pigeons to bring back food for him (they are carrier pigeons, aren’t they?). If that doesn’t work, he can eat them himself. Then if THAT doesn’t work, he’ll just return home.

Andy’s just wingin’ it. Maybe he’ll finf the “Bluebird of happiness”.

How cute, once again Andy registered his pidgeons to vote for the ‘dole’ candidate. In 1996 his strategy got a bit mixed up.
