I got an email saying that Windows 7 is coming to an end next year. So it looks like I have no choice but to upgrade to Windows 10.

I don’t want to buy a new laptop so I will install it if I can. I understand there is a charge to do that now.

Maybe somebody can clarify how I can install this and how much it will be?
