@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , the way our HERO Mr Andrew Capp Is described is priceless :o) , my avatar again is a picture of our fav actor , Rowan Atkinson as Mr Bean grinning because he’s in a good mood like I am , how was your day? ours is going to be hectic Arthur has to take his mum to the Health Centre for a routine check , but we both are in a good mood and after our cur chores are done we will just stay inside the house because it’s windy outside , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady.
First, as I recall, Andy is good at sports, from darts to ruggers…. He may ‘take a nip or two’, and he may be ‘a bit’ aggressive…. But I don’t recall him being the dregs…. Second… Who doesn’t know what scraping the barrel means???!!! Again, a lame effort…
I’m sad to say that the Chocolate Weetabix Breakfast Drink wasn’t available again in the Post Office/Newsagents so I tried the Banana one this time. Not bad at all. I will be trying the Strawberry one next time if the Chocolate isn’t available again. This time last week, I was absolutely stuffed from the carvery and could barely move. I had KFC earlier and compared to last week, the place was almost empty.
On a website I do online surveys on, I have a Silver badge. Not long ago I had a Gold one but I must have got demoted. I am able to keep my Silver one running for another month because I completed a certain number of surveys before the deadline.
Hope Connie’s Health Check went well today. It was busier than usual at my volunteering. Apparently I am “Top Dog” there. That made me smile. I really hope it turns into a paid job because it would be ideal. No money to spend on travel fares because it’s only a few minutes walk from my house and short hours (9am-4pm)
Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.
It means Andy is going to get in to a scrape- er-scrap with the boss. By the way, regarding the first panel, isn’t touching the football with your hands against regulations, unless you’re a goalie? (Then again, since when has Andy ever played by the rules?)

I’m sure it’s going to mean something labour intensive.

Hey, as long as Andy is part of the scrapings, he is okay with that…

Of course there’s always tapping the barrel. Yah, that’s the ticket. We’ll give Andy the tap, at the whistle in the second half.

scraping can be good. Scraping the cake bowl. yummy. Scraping out the last bite of ice cream.

That football’s awfully small.

I think the strategy being, the earlier he’s in the game, the earlier he’ll get red carded then he won’t have to deal with him any more today.

It’s definitely not a good sign. That is all.
