I thought it would be Flo saying lock him up

I thought it was Susan.

Apparently, the supervisor has had earlier experiences with Capp—none of them good! BTW, at first, I thought it was Flo shouting—or at least her mum.

When the community doesn’t need your services, I guess that’s the proper time to… migrate. Whom I kidding, of course it’s time to settle down and empty out some jugs

Give me a break, Andy doing community service, that will last 20 minutes

I would think Andy would rather be in jail, with community service they make you work!

My first guess was Flo.

Not seen any comic’s about Flo’s mum in a long time. Maybe she’s in an old folk’s home. Andy wishes.

Maybe they can put him on the same crew as Christopher Walken in “The Outlaws”. Andy would fit right in and not have to go far because it is a Brit comedy… and an excellent one at that. Dilly! Dilly!

The Supervisor knows Andy too well.

I did community service back in ‘81. Won’t get into the ’why’s’. Suffice to say the Justice was being very kind. Ended up working at a day care fixing all the stuff that had broken over the years they could not afford to repair. Then read to the kids as we waited for their parents to bail them out. Out shopping in the single guys aisle one Saturday and one of the ragamuffins ran up to me and called my name and jumped into my arms. I was the first male who had spent time with him. His mother freaked as she did not recognize me outside the day care. only took moments to sort it out but all I thought was, “well, freedom was good while it lasted”.

Once again Andy’s reputation precedes him

We used to allow people to do their community service at our library, but had to give it up. We, the library staff, quite often had to stand over them to make certain that they did the work, which meant that we were unable to do our work.

I understand the supervisor’s concern, getting Andy to do work is too much work.

I’d bet even money that the average jail is funnier than this punchline…..

I can’t imagine Andy doing community service. (Or any kind of service, for that matter.) He seems to be allergic to work.

Getting 15 minutes of any kind of work out of Andy count as a miracle at the Vatican.

The community service does not want to have to deal with Andy
