Bottled ketchup is the worst possible condiment. A sign of a bad place to eat is a bottle of it on the tables. I can’t believe how many people use it regularly on all kinds of foods. I realised that many years ago with a Wall Street Journal article which described the allowable mold and other disgusting things allowed in it.
