The programs today are so trite and stupid, they insult our intelligence! Everyday a new reality show, a new stupid game, more SPORTS….ALL DAY on the weekends and during the week they take PRIME TIME nights! Cable the same, if it isn’t an infomercial, it’s sports! Cable is awful…Repeats for years, of the same old programs….out of 600 channels, you’re lucky to get 8-10 channels with a good program and or movie. Whew! I feel better now….NOT!

I wonder what Newton Norman Minow would think now? As Chair of the Federal Communications Commission in the early 60’s he referred to television as a “vast wasteland” … Fun Fact: Gilligan’s Island creator Sherwood Schwartz named the SS Minnow after him in a sly dig at this pronouncement.

Too much woke-ness, although any amount is too much.

Very easily……

TV’s bad, but the internet tops my list for turning vulnerable folks who won’t think for themselves into idiots.

Too much TV and my brains start to leak out my ears.

I wonder if that pizza ordering feline had IQ in the first place.

Watching Reality T V will do that.
