OK, I’m really confused now. The thugs are following a car. Santiago leaves the highway but the thugs keep going. She’s lost them. Next the car the thugs are following pulls into a hospital. Next S and A are in the hospital. Did I miss a day? Did the thugs whip around and come back after them? I feel so…so DUMB. Where is my brain?
No, you didn’t miss anything. Santiago turned into the hospital and the thugs kept going, but decided to whip around and follow Santiago into the parking lot without her knowing it. Santiago and Annie get out of the car and go up to visit Daddy. The thugs are still out there.
