Janis exclaims to Arlo, "Make sure the steaks are done this time!" They are outside having a barbeque. Janis explains, "Bacteria, you know." Arlo answers, "I know." Gene comes over and tells Arlo, "Don't cook the steaks rare, Dad-- It's not good for you!" Arlo, seeming a bit annoyed, says, "Mhm." Arlo continues cooking and thinks, "Nobody reminds me when I've been right."

Solid pieces of steak are just fine when the outsides are done. It’s chopped steak & burger that you have to watch out for.
