When I was in school in elementary school in the 60s, there was a number you could call, and there would be a recording saying it was not a working number, but between the recordings, you could talk to other kids who had called in. Of course, this was long before you could add others to a call like today, and as far as I know, long before the predators of the internet and social media of today. I simply remember it as being fun.
