That’s one of my pet peeves too. I hate breathing in the same air when someone is that close to my face.

I think it’s called old married couple?

The leftes lose it too soon.

Can’t stand to breathe my own breath either. Feels like I am suffocating if my head is covered by the blanket.

As much as I love being close to my wife in bed, it just doesn’t work breathing each others’ breath. Better to alternate spooning….

Is this called re-breathing? There are worst things involving breathing that take place in relationships.

I expect back then, Arlo even wanted to exist in the same space as Janis… :-)

For me, it’s not even breathing the same air. I’m just more comfortable on the side of the bed closest to the door and lying on my right side.

In the movies the couple wakes up in the morning and start kissing. Who does that? Yukk.

I’ve been sleeping alone for 25 years now. Still sleep on “my” side of the bed with my face to the wall.

I have to wear a mask while I work. If I don’t remove it for a few seconds and breathe some fresh air I have a hot flash! I work in dentistry so I have no choice but to wear one. Sometimes it’s in self defense as re-breathing my patients breath is sometimes blech!!
