@Mourdac,I made no such agreement. We had the TV on in our office when we heard the news and when the 2nd plane hit my 1st thought was that dubya was going to declare martial law. Instead he told us all to go shopping. Strange indeed. Meanwhile, his boss dick cheney set about cancelling the constitution and bill of rights.
I would abolish most of TSA. The right solution is to make each airline responsible for its own internal safety, and give each airline legal exemption (including actions under contract claims) for any safety decision other than “failure to land safely.”
