She’s a bird alright!

The two doves billing and cooing in the first panel is a beautiful allegory for Arlo and Janis.

And folks were picking on Janis for having fantasies :) Arlo’s turn. Keeps a marriage healthy – look but don’t touch.

I think you folks are missing something. Arlo is looking at a mockingbird. Janis is the one spotting something else.

Looking at the bird feeder, accidentally spotted peculiar activity inside window.

Does that mean that Mrs. Green is a chic that likes to hum?

That is creepy.

Isn’t the joke that they’re both seeing a mocking bird doing zumba moves that it has apparently learned by mimicking what it has seen through the window?

@WELL-I-NEVER: I think you’ve go it right. Although Mrs. Greens flapping around may resemble a mockingbirds’ hunting maneuver.
