So did it need more salt Arlo?

Everyone can sometimes be a picky eater.

Ludwig is getting old Arlo. Put chicken thighs in the slow cooker, when they are super tender, whirl them in the food processor with some cooked brown rice (3:1 rice to chicken) and brewers yeast (for vitamins). My elder male cats need a kidney diet and this is literally 10x cheaper than the expensive k/d food. Couple hours of cooking makes a month of food in the freezer. Mine like it warmed in the microwave.

He probably learned it from Janis. M wife constantly asks me to “try this and see if it needs more salt.”

Maybe it needed more taurine, otherwise known as mouse substitute. (I’m not kidding.)

We all know Luddy is the king of the house, but I didn’t think things were so bad that he needed a food taster.

My wife once bought a bag of cat treats labelled “Party Time”, that looked like something that would go good with a beer. They didn’t.

Let me have that cat for about a week and, I guarantee he will eat anything you put before him! :oD
