Coca Cola is the doorway to hard liquor. I went from Coke to beer to vodka/tonic to red wine to just plain old tonic (quinine water). At last I realized that I like tonic the best. It’s the cheapest drink of all, and it taste good! And you don’t even need a shot glass.
