Whilst I’m no expert of British slang, a “pram” is a baby carriage, a “council estate” is public housing for lower-income people/families, and a “skip” is what we’d call a “dumpster”. So, translated to “American”, Blossom is essentially calling Shauna “poor white trash”, I’d say. (And the “pram face” part is probably that whole “was expected to be pregnant by 14 were it not for Lottie’s positive influence” (no, really) from when they were ~8 years old or so.)
(At least, that’s how it sounds like it translates to me. Again, not an expert on British slang. Barely an expert on American slang by this point…)
