This is the first time we’ve seen Percy’s pea factory in Bad Machinery, but it’s been a long-time presence in Tackleford. It’s owned by Hamilton Percy, who we were introduced to at Kropotkin’s party way back in “Team Spirit”. Mad Terry works there licking labels. Ryan worked there for years, between dropping out of school and Erin’s sister Shelley convincing him to get a less soul-sucking job. Ryan and Amy’s first date may technically have been in their cafeteria.
