    I agree at the moment. Los sobrinos-nietos de Tía Carmen quieren que su tía-abuela cocine no más lengua.*

    Sure I liked my burrito de lengua from months ago, but this recurring theme of lengua is starting to get old.

    *The grandnephew/-niece of Tía Carmen want their grandaunt to cook no more lengua.

    For all we know, hamburger might have beef tongue ground into it.

    Best way to know what is in your hamburger is to buy a cut of beef and grind it yourself.

    Cow tongue is nice…and certainly chunky…chewy..yummy.. I like it. In fact i like cow guts. That includes cow colon (So savory anf rich with solid fat), cows belly (chewy and tasty), cows heart (Make a satay out of it), cows lungs and spleen (makes a soup out of it), cow brain and foot skin (Makes dishes wit coconut milk). Yummy…
