Papi, how come we don't live in a mansion? Dad: Well, Gracie, in this family, a house with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a three-car garage, two kitchens and a servant is not important. Gracie: I think we'd be ok with only one kitchen.
If I can get a one-bedroom apartment with the kitchen open to the living room so I can watch TV while I cook, and parking nearby for friends, I’d be happy.
