    Is it just me, or does Baldo bring home a TON of report cards? I only ever brought home, like, six a year

    Don’t fell so bad, Maybe he can go to vo-tech or the Armed forces and become a very good mechanic.

    @ Dry… I doubt it was intended as a slam… I read it as a positive. Vocational Schools and the Military can do a great job of giving young folks a) direction; b) regimen; and c) great on-the-job experience. Some of them need that experience, then go on to build on it by going back to school with new perspective.

    Burgundy2 is correct. Can you imagine what a formula 500 pit team mechanic makes? Or those guys that customize cars/

    A lot of repairmen (plumbers, mechanics, electricians, etc.) make very good money. Plus, they have a better chance of owning their own business, if they want to. Nothing wrong with working with your hands, if that’s where your talents and interests lie.
