No, it’s to work as hard as you get paid. One good example at my place was the guy who worked while in the hospital recuperating from an operation. He got back and they sacked him!
Seems like it’s been said that Omar goofs off more than Baldo does. Giving more money for less work is, especially to relatives is either immoral, illegal, or both.
That’s how it is supposed to work – but seldom does. A production co-op, where the employees own the company and can sack an incompetent manager, is a more equitable solution.

Well… uh… Omar is Mr. Rod’s nephew. So family member employees should be paid more than non-family member employees?
