I think Sergio in the final panel is speaking Moe from “Calvin and Hobbes.” (Before Yahoo! Answers altered itself a year or so ago, they disallowed typing with the caps lock turned on throughout your entire question or answer for it looked like screaming.)
Clash of cultures:1. Lettering is all caps because of low quality paper and printing: comic book/strip tradition.2. Typing in all caps IS SHOUTING: Internet tradition.
