Like a lot of the commenters here, I’m a Boomer. And even though I’m one of five children. and my father loved taking pictures, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture of my mother while she was pregnant.
Is that the case with any other Boomers here? It seems like a leftover hang-up from the Victorian era (or maybe my mother was just more sensitive about being photographed while pregnant than most)
If I were going to show my kids (now 34 and 29) pictures of what they looked like before they were born, they would be the images from my wife’s sonograms (yes, we still have them — somewhere).
