Cleo, my baby is graduating this afternoon! we will be leaving soon for the arena. She asked me what I was going to do when they called her name, I jumped off the couch and yelled,

My Baby’s done graduated!!

Actually, she is my oldest baby. I still have 3 others, the next graduation is in 4 years.

so i had a baby duck we saved it, it was eatting and doing great. it followed me like i was mom and then it froze to death last night. how messed up! im so mad and sad all at once. ugh!

Cleo it was only two days old ish we had it inside wraped in bath towels and in a bowel in the water heater closet, so your guess is as good as mine. its cold inside at night yea, but in the hot water heater closet? it just dosnet make since to me. im truly sad, tho. he followed me like i was mommy. :’(

The graduation ceremony is over. My eyes watered as soon as the band started playing Pomp and Circumstance. More eye watering when I saw “my baby” walking into the arena with her cap and gown on and when they called her name. They had 550 graduates! It was supposed to end at 2:30ish and it was more like 3 o’clock-ish. As we were leaving the next high school graduating class was arriving. Traffic was psycho. We went to a steakhouse for a quick dinner because there’s a band concert at the middle school. I let “my baby” go with her Dad to that. I can see the band play tomorrow morning at the 8th grade award ceremony. I’m not happy that i had to quickly scarf down my delicious rib-eye, baked potato and asparagus!

Cleo, my second daughter is an 8th grader and she is in the symphonic band too. Tomorrow is the last day of school here. She is scheduled to receive an award(s) and she has to play her flute in the ceremony also. It’s at 10 am and I’m going to attend that one.

Carmy summer vacation is set to begin. Youngsters are going to be roaming the streets looking for mischief they can get into, so a mother’s work is never done.

Carmy hope you didn’t cry tomuch, did she cry? i balled my eyes out, as you all know. lol tell her congrats im so proud of my lil sis.

I started walking again tonight. Used to walk all the time! Haven’t for a couple, more like a few, years now! Had to stop after about 5 mins in, my legs were getting VERY tired! Took a short breather, and felt GREAT after that! Can’t wait to do it again tmr!

Hi Cleo, Dry and Tabby! I was trying to reply to Cleo about an hour ago and my laptop went nutty. Then they came home from the band concert and we had some graduation cake.

Cleo, Two of the girls have summer band camp and one of them has summer cheerleader camp. The youngest has summer school. It will be a busy summer. Tabby, I never actually cried, but I came VERY close to it. Dry, yes, it was a good meal. Everything was made to perfection. It’s good that you’ve started walking! I was walking kind of regularly, but I stopped. I really should start up again too.

Howdy Cleo! And what do you make of Tabby linking in to Don McLean? I was about 18 I think, when that song came out! She wasn’t even born yet!!! LOL!
