CLEO, does Elk taste like venison?

CLEO, so Elk tastes like Bison, which doesn’t taste like venison. How about buffalo meat, or bear? I’ve never tasted those either, but I have tasted venison and moose meat. And I still don’t know what Elk tastes like.
