You’ll hear the crash, so finding him won’t be a problem.

Hopefully his cell phone has good enough service to reach someone 10 feet from him through a wall since his goal will change swiftly to hitting the front lawn.

We need to get our own comment section soon! These 2008 commenters are growing in number, and their comments are too clever!

Stel, what a great rendering of these Basset stars! Humphrey GoBark barely needs to open his eyes to see that Lauren Barkall is one Great Dame.

Oh boy, what a treat! The legendary pair of Gobark and Barkall, partners on screen and off. And no wonder. He with his smoldering intensity, and she with her scintillating femme fatale persona and purplie eyeshadow. A match made in Heaven. Ironically, no one fell asleep watching this picture.

Good evening/morning/afternoon (pick one)(or two, I mean, what the heck, rock out), everybody!

We’re here looking at a lovely poster by StelBel

on the Nov 13th  2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”

    See it on Sherpa:

I’m delighted to see “The Big Nap!”

I do love Humphrey GoBark movies….

He was so…. I dunno what ….it’s kind of a mystery, isn’t it?

Not handsome, not very cheerful…. not…. a lot of things…

but somehow a very appealing dog.

This was one of his more confusing films…

a complicated plot I never did really figure out…

    yet full of memorable moments…

including the scenes with Barkall, his new, and shockingly younger, wife.

Even in Howlywood, some people were outraged that he married a puppy.

I found the copydog human version….

it was called “The Big Sleep.”

As you can see, the leads don’t hold a Milk Bone to Gobark and Barkall.

Meanwhile…. I think it’s sweet that Russell and Gloria are such a picture of faith….

Russell, who believes, against all odds, and contrary to all historical precedent, that he has built a successful, winged flight machine…

and Gloria…. who always believes in Russell.

I just hope they both believe in ambulances and modern medicine.

I’m gonna have to sneak some extra popcorn and candy into the theater when I watch that one. Darn it, I won’t have any room for anything to drink. I guess I’ll just have to buy something at the theater.

Stel, what a wonderful poster today! I love how sensitive Gobark is as he snuggles with our darling Barkall. How tender this is! And, of course it’s topped off with the lovely purplie eyeliddiness. Love it all.
