I once heard of a dog that loved tread mills - his owners had to lock theirs up because he was running himself into exhaustion! I bet they never thought of using him as an alternate energy source.

Great, Ballard Street gives us the ability to turn kibble into light through canine catalyst. I’m not sure about the benefits with respect to CO2 and methane in the atmosphere.

Claude, you had better worry. Cleo used your credit card to fill that sucker up. Somewhere around 175 gallons for a Sherman tank, going up to almost 500 gallons for an Abrams. She probably has it fully armed as well. Can’t take that nasty cat for granted.

Coincidentally, the Cliffords just watched Patton last night.

Hi, everybody! This is the place!

This is where we post our comments on

the Jan 30th  2019 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Which, as always, you can read on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Gee… why would Claude have a bad feeling.

Just because his dog is in the street…. driving a tank?

And is that a German helmet?

    Ulp…. I… I think I’m starting to have a bad feeling myself.

Once again, everybody got started without me…. sigh…

But at least I made it.

I’ve been having a problem with my keyboard…

thought it was over, but it came back just when I started to post here.

When it happens, I can’t type E, or R, and sometimes not W or Y….. but T, though it’s in the same group of letters, seems OK.

I started playing with it, typing harder, softer, from different angles…. until finally…..

    I fell asleep…. I mean…. I rested my eyes. A little.

And when I woke up…. er… opened my eyes… it was working again!

    So I just proved something:

Sleep fixes keyboards! Who wudda thunk?

BTW…yesterday, x_Tech and JP Steve posted dance clips from vintage movies….

if you didn’t watch them both, you’re really missing something.

X_tech’s features the incredibly limber young Ross sisters, with an act you’re not likely to see duplicated.

They do amazing contortions while dancing… but it’s graceful, not weird.

    Well, not too weird.

And Steve’s, in a reply to Montana Lady, features a young, very cute Betty Grable (at 17!) and a reluctant Edward Everett Horton.

Oh… and Bufsab, above, 10 years ago, apparently only ever made TWO comments…. both saying Ballard Street is the worst strip on GoComics!

And…. I’m pretty sure I just posted the above strip on a newer Ballard Street featuring Stubby.

Well, since we’re here to discuss Cleo and her shinagans, (or is that shenanigans?) Like the touch of the Cleveland Browns helmet. Sure hope she gets that nasty evil cat once and fer all. Especially since it’s still early morning. She’ll wake up all the neighbors with all that clAnking going on! Maybe she’s just returning the tank to Tanks R Us for the early deposit refund.
