What happened to my comment? This one is gone. The ones on Amanda the Great and pirate Mike and a couple others have disappeared. What are they afraid of? I still want to see Cleo do what she said she would do at 5 PM.

I’ll echo Katina. My comments have disappeared, too!

Maybe Cleo the Magnificent (Ninja) is just a ruse……Nighthawks must know something is up with GoComics. I guess we’ll all just have to wait for 5 p.m. Eastern.

Wait a minute, is this a “gag” based on today’s Cleo and Company? Silly me! :-D

I just saw on Wizard of Id that something was going to happen at 5 PM today. Is there something that is going to happen that we don’t know about? Like maybe they are going to use Facebook for comments? I hope not.

Maybe the Underlords were doing to us what the neighbor was doing to Beachball Nite.

The comments that were removed here weren’t subversive…

Some were only about the Ballard street strip right here on this page…

And even in the ones directed at Cleo and Co, any hint of “threats” were just playing along with what a pudgy dog dressed up in a hokey costume said in a comic strip!

In fact, my comment pretty much “warned” her not to act… and was obviously facetious and silly.

Can anybody tell me, please…. did the ones removed from those OTHER strips refer to Cleo, or Sherpa, or GoComics….

Or were they just about the strips where they were posted?

I think what we have here is a massive case of overreaction….

Ironically, a comics site moderator or management that can’t understand a joke.

Hi! The later Liverlips McCracken here. I, too, had at least one lengthy comment removed from today’s page. It was strictly on the comic from 2009.
