OMG, Stel has reached back to a time when purplie eyeshadow was not in fashion!

Cleo is such a star! Pretending the updraft was no big deal, totally unplanned. HA!

Tom Flea is playing his usual role, creating the itch that moves the story forward. Without Tom Flea, basset cinema would be a lot of sleepers.

Denise says that, but she’s really glad that he’s gone inside again. Last time, he hung around the bridge club eating all the tea sandwiches and making inane remarks.

    Another great poster from StelBel…

for the Nov 19th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpal

And yes, it’s Cleo…. back when she was starring in most of the Cleo and Company Productions!

And they managed to sign TOM FLEA!!

Just between you and me… frankly, I’ve never understood his appeal…

But I suppose you need a star like him for a movie called “The Seven Day Itch!”

At least I guess it’s 6 years and 358 days shorter than the ones humans apparently get.

    Talk about “Ewwwww……” though.

It IS another very glamorous role for our hometown Cleveland heroine, Cleo Clifford.

What a star, what a star.

Jeepers creepers…. where’d she get them eyes?

I saw this movie when I was a little kid.

My mom took me with her… I think she thought it was OK cos I wouldn’t understand it.

    Ha. Right, Mom.

The thing is, I think I knew what was happening… but I didn’t know the social or moral implications.

It probably had the opposite meaning for me, from what my mother thought it would have.

You know, the humans made a copydog movie… of course… but their version makes no sense.

Why is anybody itching, when there’s no flea?

Also… I looked for a poster… and discovered they must have also had a problem copying Stel.

There are all different versions, with slightly different poses and lettering…

available in various sizes, but not all posting well.

It would take till dawn to find just what I want.

So here are TWO of their tries…

The second one is a much better attempt at SelBel’s oeuvre…

But the first one is big enough to SEE.

The problem with the seven day itch is you have to scratch for seven days, but don’t make any rash decisions.

Then, she exchanged her diamond-collar for a flea~ which turned out to be an even better friend.

It may be an older piece of work, but I don’t recall seeing the poster for The Seven Day Itch before. Marvelous. So daring.

I wonder what would happen if I clicked the “objectionable” link to report I was offended at Cleo is showing so much leg?

Cleo needs to call the evil cat next door and have him bring the bazooka. Tell him to shoot it at Tom Flea and not Cleo.
