I wonder if Angus is on the same page with anybody???

I’m waiting for the drawing of Joyce doing the leap and Angus knitting.

I think that Joyce ‘lost control’ of her knitting needle for a moment.

Is Angus jumping for Joyce?

Well, they do say opposites attract!

And I think these two get along fine….

as long as Angus leaves Joyce’s page alone.

Anyhow…. Friday night, on the Saturday strip, some people were saying that it looked familiar…

I arrived rather late… after most of you had gone to bed, and tried to search for a similar one, but I dozed off

So I came back Sunday, found the strip in question, and posted it

But AFAIK, hardly anybody came back.

In case anyone is still curious, I’m going to repost that comment now….

including a reply to some who had mentioned my name.

Same theme, though antidepressants are only implied in today’s strip.

Possibly both Francis, almost the same shirt, and a similar pose…. but it’s not exactly the same drawing.

And it ran on April 28th, 2008…. so those of us who also visit Cleo and Company, commented on it, along with Cleo, just 3 months ago.

we always post our Cleo comments, and in passing, a few Ballard St ones too, on the Ballard Street strip for 10 years earlier, to the day.

As for the gossip…. is it my fault I have a good memory….

I’m waiting for Angus to come down on the pointy end of that knitting needle. Joyce is getting fed up with him always leaping, hopping and jumping all over the house. She says the constant thumpthump bang gives her a migraine.

He wasn’t her first choice you know, she sometimes wishes she’d married that nice fellow that owns the Fabric and Fishing Tackle Emporium. He, at least, walks!

Angus begins a new chapter while Joyce is a closed book.

Judging from Francis, the other day, and now Angus, today, I see that Dr. Felton Feelgood at the Ballard Centre for Wellness, Well Being, & Wallpaper Hanging has upped the medications on many of his patients.

This euphoria may improve the mood of many but… it depresses the dollars going into the till at the Tiki, where we dispense our own brand of Hours of Happiness, to help you to lighten your load and lift your spirits.
