OK, I’ve figured out how he’s going to set it up to use everything (except that gadget in his shirt pocket — I thought it was one of those party favors, but then realized that it has to be something much more sinister).
You ought to see the 13 car pile up caused by removing the barrier sign; be sure to drop it off on someone else’s yard. (Preferably that guy whose dog seems to favor your lawn for his “business.”
Perhaps setting up the barricade, popping open a sewer cover, flooding the sewer, serenading a creature to come out to play ball (maybe a seal?) then netting it.

A ball, a hose, a street barrier, a butterfly net, a trumpet, and whatever that is sticking out of his shirt pocket. Jeffrey is ready for anything!

I was thinking it reminded me of a big rawhide chew toy…
the kind made of a long twisted stick that’s been rolled again into a design…
This is the closest picture I could find:

The only thing “sinister” about them, though, is that they’re really bad for dogs.
Horrible chemicals and dyes…. and a sometimes lethal choking hazard.
The ones I used to buy my dog were more twisted first, and bigger… more like what’s maybe in Jeffrey’s pocket.
But it turned out she could unroll them and swallow long strips of softened rawhide…. so that was the end of that.
No clue what Jeff would do with one…. or most of that stuff!
An artistic endeavor, I’m sure.

Jeffrey is psyched! The Krewe of Ballard is parading for Mardi Gras.

This looks rather ominous to me, especially if he plans to use all those items together.

I’d hate to be inside of his head, watching all of those ping pong balls whizzing around.

I still get great ideas but, 10 seconds later I’ve already forgotten what they were. I hate getting old.

Beware geeks bearing gifts. I think I read that somewhere once. Or Homer and Jethro sang a song about it.

’Round here, that is known as a crab net. ILooks like Jeffery is itching to catch crabs.
