Very ambiguous cartoon. I assume Warren is unrelated to Mrs. Digworthy. Is he requesting a donation? Or gesturing, Come, follow me? Either way, I guess it will contribute to his enhancement.

If Warren is looking for a handout, Wanda should hand him a trowel-full of dirt.

Warren is the Masked Melancholy Marauder of Ballard Street. He’s pleading for love! Either that, or he wants to get the latest dirt to spread.

Always the Monty Python fan, Warren delivers the famous “Give me all the lupins you’ve got” line. Too bad he is 2 months early for the pay out from Wand’s seeds…
