I am not picking on Cory, I am griping. After his initial reaction Cory doesn’t seem to be taking it personal, but some of the fans are. Seems they feel they should be able to do combat or something. Cory is bright enough to create a comic I complain about not getting enough of, he can certainly defend himself.
I fail to see why people call things on the internet free. Advertisng, pop-ups, sign here for email which gets you more advertising, and it costs me over $50 a month for the privlege of even going to visit the sites I choose.
Advertising I usually ignore, pop-ups are block (comes with internet explorer, but they are also free), not sure what you sign for that gets you more advertising, but most email services block out spam pretty well. Maybe it’s the sites you choose :-)
The point being that is how “free” sites pay their way, with ad and pop ups no matter what you are doing. Take a look at each and every page on this site as you go from comic to comic, and as I said I still pay $50 a month for the privelege
