    Most thrift stores I know don’t tag the used items like that. It’s not like they lose as much on shoplifting from such places. Now, the more innocent cause would be he found it after a shoplifter dropped it.

    In Litchfield Ct., the rich folk would take a tax dodge on a once worn suit/gown at the charity clothes shop. You would get a big deduction for your daughter’s prom dress. You would walk out with an $800 outfit for $20. Too bad the state closed this non-profit “charity”. Now what do you do with that bridesmaid dress?
