    Yeah, I used to work for someone like that.He didn’t appreciate it when I told him that it was unacceptable for him to have made up his mind and not tell me what it was, and let me go off and develop something he wasn’t going to approve. He seemed to think he was training us to magically do the “right” thing (as he saw it) without having to give any indication of what the “right” thing was.(And his idea of the “right” thing was sometimes ethically challenged.)
