Actually I’ll take fish over turkey most any day of the week. On Thanksgiving I prefer Tur-Duk-Hen – but not straight turkey and especially not turkey bacon.
Turkeys – not the brightest of birds. But at least they know to roost in the lower branches of the tree. Unlike quail – they truly will walk into the oven following bird seed.
