The only door to door salesman to sell his product every single time was the man who sold doors!

Actually, the next guy to knock will be the lock salesman.

Because who wants to see a naked caveperson?

At some point that was a reputable profession and, in many ways, the only opportunity for the public to see new products….. Fuller Brush being the one that comes to mind, followed by the very rich Encyclopedia Britannica salesman.

Glad to see some doors on cave homes!

Next the fence salesman!!! “Good fences make good neighbors.”

Here we go again: the door-to-door salesman who sold back-to-back tape for wall-to-wall carpeting in Walla Walla, WA.

I’m pretty sure I first saw that in the original BC.

He sells doors…. of course.

If he had more ornate peaked stock he could have been a Tudor Door-to-door saleman.
