Check the weather channel before going out first.
Whenever I see someone walking their dog in the rain or snow, I always say “So glad we don’t have a dog”! I say that a lot in North Idaho!
I could check the weather before going out, but my dog doesn’t allow me that luxury. I dress according to what I see and head out. I wouldn’t like being kept waiting if I had to go to the bathroom, why should he?
