Been figuring on it too, metagalaxy1970. I only hope Betty keeps hers or gets a promotion, but that’s not looking likely right now.

Believe it or not, I actually dreamed last night that Betty not only kept her chair, she got promoted. I sure hope so!

Well,, at least she knows she can do very well with out her as a friend.. because she isn’t her friend to begin with or she wouldn’t have taken the job… is the US sick or what.

I hate this character shes so self absorbed I always thought she was a bad friend.

She’s going to need that new box for herself, when she gets canned.

A friend of mine, HR director for a well-known hospital in a large city at the time, was told he needed to thin the herd, get rid of some horrendous number of employees (something like 50% of the workforce). Once he had done that, he got called into the head cheese’s office, thanked for his efforts, and told his own job was now unnecessary: good-bye.

How much you want to bet Alex fire Betty and then call her to have coffee the next day as if nothing happened. Yuck.
