Transcript:
"I don't want to rain on your parade, Dad, but do you really think you can run a 10K?" "Why not?" "It's over six miles!" "So? Look, I already do a daily lap around the block!" "To train for the race, all I need to do is increase that by a lap or two!" "...Or twenty-four." "Twenty-four?" "And speaking of training... might be a good idea to lose the doughnut."

A 10k is not easy. I’ve run one: 6 miles. Neither is a 15k. I’ve run one: 9 miles. Neither is a half-marathon. I’ve run one: 13.1 miles.
