This is my neighbors dog they have a cat. I have a cat and he started coming by last summer. My cat actually ran to the window to see the dog. My cat started rubbing against the window frame, the dog whines. Long story short, walking dog last year, I let the dog in and they visit. a few minutes. Now the dog will visit on his own.

What has happened to Teddy and Gina?
